Silni - Refund Policy

At SILNI, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues caused by SILNI that entirely prevent the delivery or functionality of the service. Examples include platform outages or critical errors that are verified and unresolved within a reasonable time frame. Issues caused by third-party integrations or user-provided configurations do not qualify.
  • Accidental duplicate payments.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Submit a refund request within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Email support@silni.ai with proof of payment, detailed evidence of the technical issue, and a description of the steps taken to resolve the issue through customer support.
  • Refunds will only be considered after all troubleshooting measures, as instructed by SILNI support, have been exhausted.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service usage.
  • Issues caused by user-provided inaccurate data.

4. How our credit system works

Upon first time registration, you will receive 10 free credits, to use within the App. These free credits are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and will be credited to your account and will expire within 5 days of allocation.

Should you require more credits beyond the free allocation, you may purchase additional credits from us on a Subscription Plan, details of which can be found on our Pricing Page. Credits purchased via a Subscription Plan will be subject to a monthly allocation. This allocation will reset on a monthly basis.

For example, if you have subscribed to a plan that provides 250 credits per month, all unused credits from the previous month will expire at the end of your subscription month, and your allocation will reset to 250 at the beginning of the new subscription month, unless you cancel your Subscription Plan.

Your Subscription Plan will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term unless you cancel it. If you have purchased a Subscription Plan, you will receive your monthly allocation of credits upon the date of your purchase and then on each subsequent monthly anniversary of that purchase date. For each prospect recommendation accepted via the App, a single credit will be deducted from your credit balance.

5. Cancelling your Subscription Plan

You may cancel your Subscription Plan via the App however you will not receive a refund on any credits purchased. To prevent an automatic renewal, you must ensure that your Subscription Plan is cancelled before the end of your subscription term. It is advisable that you make use of any credits prior to the expiration of your Subscription Plan, as any remaining credits in your account upon the conclusion of your Subscription Plan will be deemed forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 working days before the renewal date or scheduled service to avoid charges

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for canceled services are subject to the following conditions:
